The HCTR Team
A Group of People Who Care
With so many therapists to choose from—especially here in California—it can feel overwhelming to find the right fit. The truth is, therapy is like any relationship: it begins with finding someone who genuinely cares.

At The Healing Center, we are a team of clinicians who love what we do. We see it as an honor to join you on your journey and to walk with you toward meaningful change and healing.

Caring deeply about the work we do—and the people we serve—makes all the difference. We invite you to meet us and experience what that care could mean for you or for those you love.

How Working as a Team Benefits Everyone
Finding the right counselor is one of the most important steps you can take—someone you feel comfortable with, can trust, and who will walk with you toward lasting change. At The Healing Center for Trauma & Relationships, we’ve discovered that the best way to do this is together, as a team.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Working side by side allows us to share insight, support one another, and model the very kind of healthy relationships we want for our clients. Each member of our team has been chosen with care, bringing kindness, honesty, skill, and a genuine passion for the work of healing and growth.
Whoever you choose to work with, you can feel confident knowing you are supported by the strength of the whole team. We look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.

I’m glad you’ve taken this step toward finding support and reaching your goals. Life brings challenges—sometimes overwhelming, sometimes subtle—but you don’t have to face them alone. Therapy can be a place to gain tools, find clarity, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress-related issues. I work with children, teens, and adults, and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

My approach draws from a wide range of evidence-based models including CBT, Attachment Theory, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also an EMDRIA Certified Consultant with advanced training in EMDR for trauma, phobias, and stress, as well as training in the Trauma Resiliency Model and Trauma-Focused CBT.

For couples and families, I bring specialized training in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2), Prepare & Enrich for premarital counseling, and New Ways for Families therapy. These tools allow me to support stronger connections, healthier communication, and lasting growth in relationships.
No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and effective space where change is possible.

As the office administrator, I’m often the first person you’ll connect with at The Healing Center. Whether you’re reaching out with questions, learning more about our services, or scheduling your first consultation, I’m here to make the process welcoming and simple.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids and spend much of my time cheering them on at soccer games. I also enjoy Pilates and being outdoors, whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or a hike on the trails.
